Richland 101: Navigating Your County Government 

Richland 101 is a free course on the basics of Richland County Government budgets, programs and services. The class meets each Monday and Thursday evening, from March 2 through April 2. A graduation ceremony will be April 6. Classes will meet at various locations around the County. Class size is limited. Register now!
